Ultimate Technology For Superalloys

Premium Performance Synthetic Coolant

Kool Rite 2580 is a new generation of synthetic cutting fluids. It does not contain chlorine yet with special additives, it is designed as an all-purpose, heavy duty coolant.

Best when used for aero-space alloys, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and other exotic metals.

This formula will machine aluminum, including drilling and tapping, better than chlorinated soluble oil coolants.

Kool Rite 2580 rejects tramp oil, keeping your machine tool clean and residual film to a minimum. No sticky residues on parts or machine components. As a synthetic chemical emulsion, Kool Rite 2580 utilizes the most advanced bio-stable technology to control myco-bacteria and all other forms of biological attack.

Kool Rite 2580 also provides excellent corrosion protection for your machine and parts.

The sump life of this coolant, as with any other coolant will be greatly enhanced if charged to a clean system. You can utilize JTM’s Sump Cleaner to disinfect your sump. KOOLRite 2580 can be me-tered through automatic dispensing systems available from JTM. Contact your representative re-garding cleaning procedures and dispensers. Always add the KOOLRite 2580 concentrate to the water and not
the water to the concentrate. Proper maintenance in removing extraneous oils is beneficial for extended coolant life. The concentration can be monitored by refractive index.

Refractive Index …………2.2
